FBI Interview Report: Page 5, Paragraph 3
What This Image Shows
An excerpt from an FBI interview report, labeled by the person circulating it as Page 5, paragraph 3. The text summarizes an interview conducted by a Special Agent identified as Lange with Lance Twiggs, and reproduces text messages exchanged with Tyler Robinson. A red underline marks the first line and a thick red rectangle encloses a paragraph lower on the page.
Interview reports are a specific kind of document and their limits matter. What they record is an agent's written account of what a witness said, produced after the fact, not a verbatim transcript and not the witness's own words. That makes them a second-hand layer over evidence that is already second-hand — messages recovered from a third party's phone. Prosecutors confirmed in open court that a Cellebrite extraction of Twiggs' phone recovered messages from September 10 and 11, 2025, while a separate prosecution filing stated the state did not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of the seized electronics.
The annotations are the circulator's and this page does not adopt the conclusion they are pointing to. Twiggs has not been charged with anything. Read Twiggs Phone, Cellebrite, Testimony and the transcript image at Lance.
