Disclosure is where a pre-trial case is actually fought, and it is where several of the sharpest questions in this one sit. A discovery filing reproduced at more states that the state had provided its discoverable material with the exception of a photograph of a burnt note supplied on January 9, 2026. A separate prosecution filing stated the state did not intend to offer material obtained through forensic extractions of the seized electronics — while the extraction of the roommate's phone was confirmed in open court. Filings like this one are how those tensions become visible.
