The profile shows a level, a Community Ambassador badge, an offline status, and badge, inventory and review counts.

This screenshot circulated because two elements in it were read as significant: the word Egypt in the location field and the word sniper in a gaming tagline. Both belong to gaming-profile conventions — location fields on Steam are free text and are routinely joke entries, and Death Runner and sniper are ordinary references to a game mode in a 2009 zombie shooter. Investigation records do show that the Utah State Bureau of Investigation sought Discord records for named usernames, so account identity is genuinely part of the case; what it is not is settled by a bio line.
