A composite of surveillance camera stills from 9/10/2025, carrying visible timestamps that run from 12:23:29 to 12:23:54 and mapping the path from the shooting position to the northeast corner of the Losee Center building — twenty-five seconds of elapsed time.
The charging documents have the shot fired at about 12:23 p.m., the suspect standing and running north to the roof edge, and a dark item placed on the rooftop at 12:24 before he lowers himself to the grass and runs toward the parking lot. This composite covers that exact window second by second, which is what makes it useful: it is one of the few places where the official account can be checked against a clock rather than against a narrative. The researcher who assembled it, posting as Gray Hughes Investigates, argues the movement is fast for the route and the obstacles involved and should be measured independently.
