What This Image Shows​

A high overhead camera looks down onto a concrete landing as a person descends the steps in a dark long-sleeved shirt with a graphic print, dark jeans, a baseball cap and a black backpack.

This is the outfit the charging affidavit describes for the rooftop suspect: a long sleeve black shirt with a picture of an American flag and an eagle printed on it, dark colored jeans, a dark colored hat, sunglasses, white or gray shoes consistent with Converse styles, and a dark colored backpack. The frames from this stairwell between about 11:52 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on September 10, 2025 are the connective tissue between the neighborhood sightings and the Losee Center roof.
