Onlookers on the Terrace After the Shot
What This Image Shows
A candid, low-resolution frame of onlookers gathered on an elevated concrete terrace, some standing on benches or platforms to see over the others, with modern campus buildings behind.
Bystander frames from the minutes around the shooting are among the most under-examined material in the case. The event drew a large crowd into a courtyard overlooked by walkways, terraces and roofs, and the affidavit's account requires a person to have crossed a railing onto a roof, run across it and taken a firing position in full view of that geometry. What people on these terraces saw, and when, is a question the public record has not answered.
No individual in this frame is identified here and nothing is alleged about anyone visible. Compare with the crowd frames in Campus and On Campus, then read Witnesses and UVU.
