About This Cluster
This cluster follows the person investigators tracked on foot across and around the Utah Valley University campus on September 10, 2025 — the movement record that the charging documents are built from. The referenced surveillance timeline runs from an 8:29 a.m. arrival in a gray Dodge Challenger through an 11:49 a.m. sighting in a nearby neighborhood, an 11:50 a.m. walk across grass north of Campus Drive with a pronounced limp, stairwell and parking-garage frames at 11:52 and 11:53, entry to the Losee Center at 12:02, the roof at 12:15, and a departure north across Campus Drive at 12:24. Because almost every disputed question in the case is a question about who is in these frames, this is the cluster the rest of the Tyler Robinson material leans on.
The images include Fox News and CBS News graphics mapping the route, home-security stills, stairwell frames annotated by citizen researchers, and portrait and booking images used for comparison. One frame circulated with the caption that Robinson is walking past Phil Lyman's aunt's driveway at 11:49 a.m. with Lyman's car parked there at 11:30 a.m., which is presented by the poster as a coincidence worth explaining rather than as evidence of anything. Researchers have also pressed on gaps rather than sightings: the official account records the 8:29 a.m. arrival but not a departure from that parking lot, and commentators ask why a timeline assembled from cell and camera data has holes in it at all. The limp that appears in the late-morning frames and is reportedly gone by the rooftop sequence is another detail raised as an open question rather than a resolved one.
Move through the surveillance stills in sequence, then check them against the annotated campus maps that place each frame geographically. The Drop Off Locations sub-cluster continues the route past campus into the neighborhoods and wooded areas where the rifle was reported found.
