This is the warrant that produced the evidence everyone has quoted. Prosecutors confirmed in open court that a Cellebrite extraction was performed on Twiggs' phone, that an agent reviewed it, and that it recovered messages exchanged with Tyler Robinson on September 10 and 11, 2025, with the first timed at 11 p.m. on September 10. The peculiarity researchers keep returning to is that a separate prosecution filing said the state did not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of the electronics seized in the case, which sits awkwardly beside a public narrative built substantially on that extraction.

The fair counterweight is that Cellebrite is the industry standard tool, extractions are hash-verified, the defense holds the full device image and could re-process it with a different vendor's tool, and the defense is not alleging fabrication.
