About This Cluster​

This cluster holds document pages rather than photographs — pulled excerpts from filings and investigative write-ups in the prosecution of Tyler Robinson, each with the operative sentence highlighted by the person circulating it. Documents like these are how the public learns what is actually in the case file rather than what is being characterized on television, and they are the closest thing to primary source material available while the proceedings remain pre-trial and partly sealed.

The three pages cover different pressure points. One, headed The Roommate, sets out the account of the note police say was recovered at the apartment, with the sentence describing that recovery highlighted. Another is a passage about a search warrant for a cellphone belonging to Lance Twiggs, which matters because the roommate's device is the source of the messages the state's confession narrative rests on. The third is page two of a filing about discovery, in which the state describes having provided its discoverable material to the defense, and the highlighted phrase reads that this was so with the exception of a photograph of a burnt note provided on January 9, 2026. A burnt note surfacing as a discovery exception is the kind of detail researchers flag as worth explaining; what it means has not been established, and the filing language is all that is known.
