Paver Installation Beneath the Pedestrian Bridge

The detail worth noting is the excavator. Laying pavers properly means over-excavating first and building a compacted base, which is what the contractor Daniel Merrell described publicly when he explained how the job was done. That means the original ground surface in this area was removed, not covered.
