This is not the venue. The carpet, walls and furniture are an office room, which means the picture is almost certainly a demonstration or reconstruction someone set up indoors to test an idea about how the chair on the platform ended up in the position it did.

Read it that way and nothing more. A staged indoor arrangement proves nothing about September 10, 2025; it records what one researcher was trying to model.
