Red Circle on an Upper Balcony Roofline

Low-resolution vertical outdoor image of a modern multi-storey concrete building under a blue sky with a hand-drawn red circle around an upper balcony area where faint figures appear

What This Image Shows

A low-resolution vertical frame of a modern multi-storey concrete building under a clear sky. A red circle has been drawn by hand around a section of an upper-level balcony or roofline where figures are faintly visible in the distance. At the right edge of the frame, the side of a person's head and a metal railing draped with a flag or banner intrude into the shot.

The circle is the annotator's, and what it contains is barely resolvable - a few small shapes at long range that may be people on a balcony. That is the honest reading. It cannot establish who they were, what they were doing, or even with certainty that they were on the roof rather than behind it.

The reason such frames are kept is that the official account turns on what was on a roof, and the only known footage of a person on one shows someone prone and in black. Any other elevated position with figures on it is worth a records request rather than a conclusion. See Roof, Losee Center and Proof Not Tyler.
