Taken as a pair, these two screenshots show a researcher combing the governor's published diary for foreign diplomatic contacts and marking each one found. That is a legitimate open-source exercise, but it produces a list of routine engagements, not a finding.
Nothing here connects any diplomatic meeting to September 10, 2025, and nothing on this page suggests one. The value is that the diary is public and checkable against the timeline. See Before and Planes.
