The highlighting is the claim. Researchers who circulate this screenshot are drawing a line to the separate Egypt thread in the investigation - the Egyptian-registered aircraft tracked around the relevant period and the questions raised about foreign contacts. A published diary entry showing a routine diplomatic meeting does not establish any connection to the events at Utah Valley University, and none is asserted here.
