Workers Repairing the Underside of the Overhang
What This Image Shows
Two construction workers stand on metal scaffolding, working overhead on the underside of the large concrete overhang. The concrete floor beneath them is covered in protective plastic sheeting, a concrete wall runs behind, and a grassy slope with stairs is visible to the left.
This is the ceiling work that researchers refer to when they say the tunnel roof was re-mudded after the shooting. The threads logged in the investigation file list it alongside the courtyard paving as part of a set of alterations carried out in short order at the site.
State the limits carefully. The photograph establishes that overhead repair work was done under the deck, with scaffolding and floor protection. It does not establish the date, the scope, what condition the surface was in beforehand, or who ordered it - and the annotated frames showing marks on that same ceiling are separate claims by other researchers.
