A large American flag hangs from the concrete railing of the upper bridge structure in the midground and is the visual focal point. Arid brown mountains rise behind under a clear sky.

The flag on the bridge rail appears in several frames in this sub-cluster and is a useful marker: it dates a group of photographs to the memorial period after September 10, 2025 rather than to the event itself.

Distinguishing before-frames from after-frames is not pedantry. Photographs of the same courtyard taken days apart get shared interchangeably, and a memorial-period frame presented as a scene photograph will mislead anyone trying to read the site as it was. See After and UVU Courtyard.
