What This Image Shows​

An extreme wide-angle view shot from an elevated position on an adjacent building, looking down into the terraced grass amphitheater. A large crowd of young adults is seated on the grass and stone ledges or standing around the perimeter, facing a small presentation setup at the right with a white canopy carrying AMERICAN COMEBACK.

This is the widest overhead view of the audience in the whole set, and it does something none of the ground-level frames can: it shows the entire bowl and the tent in one image, from a raised vantage on a neighbouring building.

That vantage is itself the point. The photographer was standing where a person with a clear line to the tent would stand, which is exactly the class of position the case argues about. Read it with Roof, Losee Center and Tent Shooter Theories.
