About This Cluster​

This single-image sub-cluster carries the documentary exhibit behind one of the sharpest unanswered questions in the case. According to UVU GRAMA records obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation - 50 documents, 112 pages - two unidentified men walked into a Utah Valley University office at 10:35 PM on September 9, 2025 and asked to speak with police about "a plan." The image is a screenshot of those redacted internal communications, tagged with the Utah exemption code 63G-2-305(11).

The record shows the report was escalated to the university cabinet, and that 44 minutes later, at 11:19 PM, someone in the chain wrote that the two men "are NOT from a senator's office. They are GOP reps who played like they knew more than they did." According to the reviewer who published the records, nobody in the chain asked what the plan was, nobody documented what the men told police, and their names remain redacted. A separate email that same afternoon, at 2:23 PM, reportedly read "He wants us to get a message to Charlie Kirk. His phone number is REDACTED" - and whether that message was ever delivered is not documented anywhere in the 112 pages. Fourteen hours after the 10:35 PM contact, Charlie Kirk was shot. None of this establishes that anyone at the university knew a shooting would occur; it establishes that two warning lanes existed on paper and that the record goes quiet on both.
