The slide reads: "Data Collection and Access: ADL gains access to Spaces content through partnerships with X. Under these agreements, X provides API access or direct feeds of public Spaces data, including audio streams, participant metadata (e.g., usernames, follower counts), and timestamps. Public Spaces are inherently open, but OHI V3 extends to monitoring thousands of sessions daily - reports indicate up to 10,000 Spaces per day as of late 2024. For non-public or invite-only Spaces, access may rely on user reports or embedded monitoring tools within X's backend, though ADL claims to focus on public content."

This capture carries the intake stage the other versions in this cluster omit, and it matters because live audio discussions are where much of the independent work on this case happened.
