But 13 days later-Sept 23-Cox turned Utah's Capitol" The schedule itself lists ordinary state business alongside the highlighted entry: "11:30 a.m. Meeting with the Ambassador of Egypt, Location: Gold Room, Utah State Capitol," surrounded by budget hearings for the Utah Trust Lands Administration, the State Treasurer, Workforce Services and Veterans and Military Affairs.
The schedule is a public document, which is the point worth holding: a meeting listed on a published calendar is not a secret meeting, and state governors meet foreign ambassadors routinely.
