Post Linking an Old Case to Artichoke Techniques

The headline reads: "New Mexico compound suspects were training children for school shootings, prosecutors say." The quoted text reads: "Read that again... After drugging, apply ARTICHOKE techniques (drugs/hypnosis/behavioral manipulation) to induce the subject to carry out the assassination attempt." The outer caption reads: "Remember this?..."
The ARTICHOKE language is quoted from a declassified 1954 CIA memorandum that this archive holds separately, alongside the wider MKUltra material and the questions raised about how a lone attacker would have been prepared. That the memo exists is a matter of record; that the technique it describes was applied to anyone in this case is not established, and the juxtaposition with an unrelated prosecution is the poster's.
