It is headed "THE RULE OF LAW / Press Release / More Than 100 Judges Say US Attorney Appointee Sigal Chattah is Unfit for Office," dated July 29, 2025, and states that 116 former judges signed a letter to Chief U.S. District Judge Andrew Gordon of Nevada and his district colleagues urging them to resist an appointment made outside the ordinary confirmation route.
The surrounding post text makes far broader allegations against named living people. Those allegations are unverified, no court has found any of them, and they are not reproduced here. The screenshot is retained for the documented judges' letter and because it shows the kind of material that circulated in the same feeds as this investigation.
