Source Claim of Rooftop Sightings Two Weeks Before

A screenshot of a post from an account shown as RyanMatta, handle @RyanMattaMedia, posted two hours before capture and timestamped Sep 20 9:17 AM. The video still below shows a man gesturing toward a computer monitor displaying the tour's schedule webpage, with the campus stops listed including UTAH VALLEY UNIVERSITY, Colorado State, Virginia Tech and Utah State.
The post reads: "A source at Utah Valley claims that 2 weeks prior to the shooting a man was seen on the rooftops on two separate occasions. The man was seen on or coming off the Losee building or the Computer Science building. Updates on the men on the rooftop!"
Prior rooftop access is directly relevant, because the official account places the shot on the Losee Center roof, and this archive separately documents pre-event warnings and records requests to the university about exactly this.
