The frame is a record of a monitoring setup rather than of the event itself, and it shows two categories of footage in one shot: fixed premises cameras with burned-in timestamps, and the broadcast feed. Which recordings of each type exist, and which were preserved and produced, is a recurring question in this case, including the disputed handling of camera SD cards.
