The profile card lists "Robert Flood 3rd, Chief Deputy Sheriff (Ret)," membership of the FBI National Academy Associates, graduate work at the University of Virginia in criminal justice administration, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College 1989-1990, and the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School at Fort Huachuca, AZ, 1982-1984.
The value of this page is the correction itself. A widely shared claim is walked back to what the public record actually supports: training at an installation, not command of anything.
