The post reads: "Is your state Attorney General on this list? There are 27 states with ties to the corrupt States United Democracy Center (SUDC)," and then itemizes them. Two examples cited are: "Kris Mayes (Arizona) - Her office signed a May 4, 2023 retainer letter with SUDC for pro bono advice 'in connection with developing legal strategies to ensure the integrity and security of elections.' The letter is signed on SUDC letterhead by Christine P. Sun and countersigned by the AG's chief of staff," and "Aaron D. Ford (Nevada) - Nevada OAG executed a state-posted pro bono contract retaining SUDC to provide legal services to the Nevada Secretary of State for the 2024 election." A further section lists former state attorneys general described as sitting on the organization's bipartisan advisory board.
The underlying artifacts named are public documents: retainer letters and posted contracts. Signing a pro bono retainer or serving on an advisory board is lawful and ordinary, and the word "corrupt" is the poster's characterization, not a finding.
