What This Image Shows

A screenshot of a post from an account shown as aka, handle @akafaceUS, posted eleven hours before capture, with an embedded video at 2:03 showing a dark-haired woman testifying at a microphone in a wood-panelled hearing room, with a caption identifying a Senate elections and municipal oversight committee.

The post reads: "Katie Hobbs stole the election and now we have proof. 'more than a 100,000 filled in ballot and more than $30 million dollars were identified by our investigators in unmarked rental cars.' How do you explain that?"

This is election material rather than case material. Testimony before a committee is an assertion by a witness, not a finding, and the claim that a named living official stole an election is unproven, was rejected in litigation, and is not adopted here. See Vote.
