The post reads: "40,000 affidavits of alleged election fraud were submitted in Georgia in 2020! 5 years later - crickets. Governor Kemp is ignoring. Repost to demand the status and correction before midterms."

This is election material rather than case material. The figure and the characterization are the poster's; affidavits are sworn statements of allegation, not findings, and the Georgia claims of that period were examined and rejected in official reviews and litigation at the time. See Vote.
