The source is unnamed, the claim is uncorroborated, and "gone on the record" is doing a lot of work in a post where no record is shown. What is documented is that Kirk was publicly pressing on the Epstein files before September 10, 2025, and his own post on the subject is held elsewhere in this cluster.
