Post Claiming Pre-Filled Mail Ballots

A screenshot of a post from an account shown as Shiloh Marx, handle @Shilohmarx, posted an hour before capture, over a photograph of a paper ballot headed "OFFICIAL BALLOT, SAN DIEGO CO, CALIFORNIA, MEASURES SUBMITTED TO THE VOTERS" showing a proposition with unshaded YES and NO ovals.

The post reads: "California issues million of mail-in-ballots prefilled. The oval shape 'yes' or 'no' needed to be filled in by the voter is pre filled before it's mailed. That's how they alter and rig elections."

The photograph attached contradicts the claim it is offered to support: the ovals visible on the ballot are unshaded. This is election material rather than case material, and it is recorded here with that discrepancy noted. See Vote.
