What This Image Shows

A screenshot of a post from an account shown as Project Constitution, handle @ProjectConstitu, posted three hours before capture, with a split-screen close-up of a young man in a cap holding a controller-like device in the crowd, plus a nested repost from the same account dated Sep 13.

The post reads: "BOMBSHELL: Unknown Man CAUGHT FLYING DRONE During the CHARLIE KIRK UVU Event - He Has the KEY Missing VIDEO! Definitive proof: Video stills capture a man in the crowd holding and operating a drone during the Charlie Kirk UVU Event - moments before the shots. We already know Charlie's team had one up (shoutout to @DrFrankTurek for confirming security had a drone). But THIS? Unaffiliated. Flying over the chaos. Who is this operator? That footage could crack the case WIDE OPEN." The nested post is headed "Mysterious Drone SEEN Over Charlie Kirk Assassination Site As It All Unfolded."

The drone thread is well documented here on independent grounds, including accounts that a team drone was airborne and that a separate drone authorization was refused. If a bystander was filming from above, that footage would be among the most valuable material in the case. The man is unidentified, "unaffiliated" is an assumption rather than a finding, and flying a small drone at a public event is not wrongdoing. See Drones, Cameras and Witnesses.
