Roofline Object Present Then Gone

What This Image Shows

A screenshot of a post from an account shown as Diligent Denizen, handle @DiligentDenizen, posted an hour before capture, with two side-by-side video frames showing the crowd in front of a multi-story building, red annotations marking a spot on the roofline. Both frames carry a source timestamp of 1:09:45.

The post reads: "8 minutes before Charlie Kirk was shot an object or person on the roofline was seen to his right. (9:04, 10:42) on the 1-hour 10-minute video. 30 seconds after Charlie Kirk is shot (19:55) the object is GONE from the roof line. A witness stated he looked LEFT at the shot." The annotations are labelled "Object there" and "Object."

The method here is sound in shape: cite a single continuous source video, give the exact timecodes, and show the same pixel region before and after. Whether the object is a person, equipment or a compression artifact is not resolvable at this resolution, and the direction the witness looked cuts against the side the object is on, which the poster notes rather than hides. See The Shot and the Shooter Position, Witnesses and UVU.
