The underlying technique is real: most phone sensors expose an image line by line rather than all at once, so a sharp physical shock during a frame leaves a characteristic skew that can be timed. Applied carefully it can put a pressure wave or a physical impulse on a timeline more precisely than audio alone. Whether this particular analysis was done carefully is not something the screenshot can show, and the conclusions remain the analyst's.
