The text quotes Discovery Bates 000007 at p.20 stating that on the evening of his arrest 'Tyler Robinson declined to be interviewed without having an attorney present', then reproduces a transcript from the video exhibit at Bates 003996-R2 at internal timestamp 03:36:53. Two red boxes highlight the Bates number 003996-R2 and the line '06:25 PM / 03:36:53', where an officer reads Robinson his Miranda rights. Subsequent entries at 06:26 PM show Robinson asking to speak with legal counsel, naming attorney Doug Terry, saying he thinks the office is closed for the night, and stating he would like to remain silent. The closing paragraph argues that officials who told the media Robinson was refusing to cooperate were describing the exercise of Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.
