The post reads: "This story is big, @PatrickByrne has the emails between these 27 state Attorney Generals being told what to do - and asking what to do - to prosecute conservatives, attorneys, alternative electors and others. States United Democracy Center is a criminal organization. The State AG names are listed in my re-tweet below. WI Attorney Josh Kaul is on it, is your state AG??" The quoted post begins the list with the Arizona retainer letter dated May 4, 2023.
This is the follow-up to the list capture held elsewhere in this cluster. The emails referred to are not shown in the frame, so the claim about their contents rests entirely on the poster's description of material a third party is said to hold. Calling an organization criminal is the poster's characterization and no such finding is recorded. This is election-policy material rather than case material. See Vote and Legal.
