The post reads: "Elections and US Postal Service Tweet No. 6. Woah look at this, the US Postal Service's Susan Zakszewski out of the Milwaukee office was asking election clerks for sample ballots and sample election envelopes!! See her email request at the bottom of the first image. Note - there is an official USPS 'Political/Election Coordinator' in Madison, WI official."
This is election material rather than case material. The post's own text notes that the postal service maintains designated election mail coordinators, which is the ordinary explanation for a request of this kind; the implication drawn is the poster's. Named employees are identified doing their jobs and nothing here indicates wrongdoing. See Vote.
