The post reads: "September 14, 2021 Gavin Newscum recall election live on CNN. 351,709 votes magically disappears from the YES total. 2,225,915 - 1,874,206 = 351,709. This is called a 'glitch' - a phenomenon that, mysteriously, favors Democrats exclusively by default. By the way, if you were around in 2020 - you'd know about the glitch too."
This is election material rather than case material. Live broadcast tallies routinely revise as counties report and correct, which is the ordinary explanation for a moving number on air; the interpretation offered is the poster's. See Vote.
