Photo Comparison Post About a Security Contractor

The post states that Brian Harpole, a former police officer working in private security, was part of Charlie Kirk's detail at the event and was part of a foreign head of government's personal security team in 2017, and asserts that the side-by-side photographs "leave no room for doubt: It's the same man, in the same elite role." The post's headline goes considerably further and poses a question implying involvement in Kirk's death.
That implication is not supported by anything in the post or in this archive, and it is not adopted here. Working a protective detail, at either event, is lawful professional work and is not evidence of wrongdoing by anyone. The identification itself is the poster's reading of two photographs and has not been independently confirmed. Harpole has publicly disputed claims made about him and has pursued legal action over statements in this area.
