The title is a deliberate borrowing from the Kennedy case, and the argument is the same shape: an object in the built environment, close to the target, that no official account has explained. Whether the fixture is ordinary architectural lighting or something else is exactly what the composite invites the viewer to ask, and nothing here answers it.
