The suspension notice reads: "Your account, Antunes, was reported and has been suspended for violating the X Rules. Specifically, for: Violating our rules against inauthentic behaviors. You may not use our services to engage in inauthentic activity that undermines the integrity of X." The profile fragment shows a follower count in the tens of thousands.

The question in the outer post is the useful one. "Inauthentic behavior" is a category broad enough to cover coordinated bot networks and, on the same wording, an account that a reporting campaign targets successfully.
