This is infrastructure rather than proof: an index that lets an analyst jump straight to the segment covering a given minute of a long continuous recording. Building one is the first practical step in any serious review of hours of footage, and this archive's frame-level arguments, on the roofline object, the crowd reaction and the shirt movement, all depend on being able to cite an exact timecode.
