The post reads: "BREAKING: UVU Partially Denied Records Pertaining To Them Paving Over The Crime Scene, They Claim It's CLASSIFIED! How Could Releasing Records As To Who Authorized The Rapid Construction Paving Over The Crime Scene At UVU Jeopardize Life Or Safety Of An Individual?" The document reads: "To the extent your request seeks such records, including correspondence or approvals from UVU Facilities or DFCM, relating to the Orem campus Fountain Courtyard, responsive records are attached. Please note that certain information within these records have been classified as protected under Utah Code Ann. 63G-2-305(11) because their disclosure could reasonably be expected to jeopardize the life or safety of an individual. Pursuant to Utah Code 63G-2-308(2), we are providing the portions of the records that are subject to disclosure under GRAMA and have redacted or withheld..."
The document itself is the evidence here, and it is primary: an institutional response confirming that records exist about who approved the courtyard work, and that portions were withheld under a named statutory exemption.
