A light-mode screenshot of a post from the verified account shown as Rasmussen Reports, handle @Rasmussen_Poll, posted an hour before capture, with a photograph of a dark-haired woman speaking at a microphone. A quote repost from the same account nine hours earlier is partly visible beneath.

The quoted passage reads: "We're smarter than that. No, we shaved off votes in the red counties in the countryside where Trump was strong, and we left the blue counties untouched. We shaved off 10 percent in Douglas County (Colorado) and 10% in Mesa County (Colorado) and other red counties until Biden's count was over 50 percent statewide." The earlier post attributes it to "Page 185" and to "The engineer who actually built the algorithm."

This is election material rather than case material. The passage is a quotation from a book, relaying an unnamed source's account, and it is recorded here as such rather than as an established fact. See Vote.
