A high, wide photograph taken from a gravel-surfaced rooftop at Utah Valley University in Orem. Signage caught in the frame reads BROWNING ADMINISTRATION, A PLACE FOR YOU UVU, and a partial SORENSE, which places the vantage point in relation to the Browning Administration Building and the Sorenson Molecular Biotechnology Building.

Rooftop lines of sight are one of the most argued technical questions in the case.
