N560TW Scottsdale Jet

A Cessna Citation XLS twin-jet registered N560TW is reported to have flown a short out-and-back route through Provo, Utah on the morning of September 10, 2025, the day Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University. Commentator Candace Owens publicly flagged the flight on her program as one she was "now very interested in." No wrongdoing has been established, and the flight is presented here as a publicly reported lead, not a conclusion.

Aircraft identification

  • Tail number: N560TW
  • Type: Cessna Citation XLS (twin-engine business jet)
  • Reported registered owner: T.W. Lewis Aviation LLC, which independent commentators say is tied to the T.W. Lewis Foundation — a conservative donor entity that has publicly listed Turning Point USA among its partners. This ownership link is drawn from public registration and commentary, not from any official case record.

The ownership and donor links described here are reported allegations circulated by Candace Owens and other commentators. There is no evidence in the public record that the aircraft's owner, operator, or any associated person had any involvement in the assassination. Naming the flight is not an accusation against any individual.

Flight history relevant to the case

Candace Owens described the route on her live program. As publicly summarized by Owens and the researchers amplifying her:

  • Departed Scottsdale, Arizona on the morning of September 10, 2025.
  • Landed at Provo (PVU) at ~10:06 a.m. MDT. Some posts instead cite a ~10:26 a.m. arrival; the exact minute differs between accounts, but both place the touchdown in the mid-morning window before the shooting.
  • Immediately turned around and departed for Santa Barbara, California (reported departure ~11:37 a.m.) — an onward leg that, per some X timelines, left Provo before the shooting later that afternoon.
  • Returned to Scottsdale by ~12:44 p.m.

The interest in the flight stems from its timing and shape — a quick land-and-turn at Provo on the morning of the event, then a leg to Santa Barbara and back. Provo was the same airport that drew a cluster of private arrivals scrutinized by OSINT investigators that morning. A separate Santa Barbara connection runs through tail N872RA, another aircraft researchers logged in the Provo arrival timeline that departed Santa Barbara the same day.

Beyond Owens's interest, N560TW also appears in the broader catalogs of "anomalous aircraft near the UVU/Utah corridor" that X/OSINT researchers assembled from public ADS-B data in the September 10 window — the same researcher-compiled lists that group it with tails such as N40JD, N872RA, and N102DZ for manifest review. Per those researchers, inclusion on the list reflects attention to timing and routing drawn from public flight-tracking data, not any established connection to the assassination.

Theories about the aircraft's role

Researchers covering N560TW have floated several interpretations, framed here as open theories rather than conclusions:

  • Donor-pressure angle — Owens and others have noted that the reported owner entity is linked to a major TPUSA donor, and have referenced post-assassination reporting that Kirk faced donor pressure over his shifting public positions on Israel and his refusal to criticize Tucker Carlson. Owens has raised the question of whether the flight is connected to that tension. These donor-relationship and pressure claims are reported by commentators and unproven; they are recorded only to explain why the flight drew attention.
  • Personnel transport / planning — Independent investigators building arrival timelines around Provo have flagged the flight as potentially relevant to pre-event movements, personnel transport, or planning on the morning of September 10. Per those X timelines, the morning arrival and the pre-shooting onward leg to Santa Barbara are what drew the attention. This too is a publicly reported lead, not an established fact.
  • Innocent coincidence — A short business out-and-back by a donor-affiliated aircraft may have no connection to the events at UVU. No manifest, passenger list, or stated purpose has been made public to rule this in or out.

Owens herself framed the flight as a question, not an answer, telling viewers "somebody saw something" and asking the public for tips rather than naming a culprit.

Open questions

  1. Who was aboard N560TW on each leg of the September 10 Scottsdale–Provo–Santa Barbara route?
  2. What was the stated business purpose of the Provo land-and-turn and the Santa Barbara stop?
  3. Who is the beneficial owner of the aircraft, as distinct from the registered LLC?
  4. Is there any documentary basis for the donor-pressure narrative beyond commentary?
  5. Does the Santa Barbara leg connect in any way to tail N872RA, which also touched Santa Barbara and Provo that day?

Sources

  • Candace Owens program commentary (live broadcast), as summarized and screenshotted by independent investigators.
  • Public ADS-B flight-tracking history for tail N560TW.
  • FAA registration records for the tail number (reported owner: T.W. Lewis Aviation LLC).
  • Post-assassination reporting referenced by commentators regarding donor pressure on Kirk over Israel positions.

Sourcing on the ownership and donor-pressure narrative is commentary-based and unverified by any official record; it is reported here with attribution rather than as fact.

Laws (Charlie Kirk)

  • The passenger manifest for N560TW's September 10 flights from Scottsdale to Provo and on to Santa Barbara, and the identity of its beneficial owner, are exactly the kind of records the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws could force into the open — truths that are not public today.

Citizen Investigator Claims on X

(Aircraft OSINT and attributed claims — not findings that any pilot, passenger, or official ordered or carried out the assassination.)

  • Citizen OSINT tracks N-numbers near TPUSA events, Provo FBO activity, and foreign VIP tails; flight logs ≠ intent.
  • Competing tallies exist for “shadowing” Charlie vs Erika; debunk and counter-debunk cycles continue on X.
  • This page’s focus (N560TW Scottsdale Jet) should be read with the Planes overview and Sept 10 flight timeline for cross-checks.

Track This Aircraft

Research this aircraft's flight history yourself on both major flight-tracking sites. They differ in one important way:

  • FlightRadar24 — N560TW — large commercial tracker that honors the FAA's LADD block list, so flights an owner or the government has asked to hide can be missing.
  • ADS-B Exchange — N560TW — volunteer-fed, unfiltered tracker that does not honor LADD, so it often shows blocked aircraft and tracks the filtered sites leave out.
