Erika Kirk on 10 September 2025 — competing flight claims
This page records three incompatible stories X accounts have posted about where Erika Kirk was on the day Charlie Kirk was killed. It does not pick a winner. It does not find that she was in Provo, that she was not, or that she did anything wrong. Status: Alive. Occupancy of a tail number is not a passenger list. Parent: Erika Kirk's flights. The minute-by-minute of the day belongs to Sept 10 Flight Timeline; this page is only the Erika-location dispute.
:::caution Legal Disclaimer Nothing on this page constitutes a finding of wrongdoing, presence at a crime scene, or participation in any crime by Erika Kirk or any other living person. Threads that allege she was in Provo before the shooting are other people's unverified claims. She has not been charged. She is presumed innocent. :::
Claim A — she was in Arizona, and arrived after
This is the position reported as hers, and the position @Liz_Wheeler used in December 2025:
"When you narrow the parameters to Egyptian planes landing on the same day in the same location, the overlap dwindles to… one. On 9/10 in Utah. Where Erika arrived after Charlie's murder and the Egyptian planes were already on the ground."
The Following Charlie or Erika hub and the press-coverage page likewise record that she has been reported as saying she stayed home in Arizona on 10 September. A reported denial is not a flight log, but it is her stated position and it is recorded here as such.
Claim B — afternoon inbound on N102DZ
A later Candace Owens / Baron Coleman timeline, as restated by @ProjectConstitu on 21 January 2026, alleges:
"Erika's Plane (N102DZ): Leaves AZ at 2:19 PM, arrives Provo 4:36 PM. On board: Erika Kirk, Tyler Bowyer, Elizabeth McCoy, a priest – scrambled post-incident."
That is @ProjectConstitu's restatement of a broadcast timeline, not a manifest. The N102DZ page records a different pair of public-tracking legs for the same tail (morning SLC inbound; afternoon Scottsdale / Provo movements). Those record sets have not been reconciled. Living people named in that passenger list are unnamed-as-accused here; they appear only because the post named them as alleged occupants of a family aircraft after the shooting.
@littlehouseblu, 20 August 2026, later posted that Owens, around March 2026 (Ep 317), cited Provo scanner audio about picking up "the victim's wife" around 3:30 p.m. and concluded the tarmac-hug story "did not happen." That is one commentator describing another commentator's later correction. It is not a finding.
Claim C — 10:06 a.m. on N560TW (alleged, occupancy unproven)
@ProjectConstitu, 17 February 2026, restated a Baron Coleman episode as proving Erika Kirk "was likely on the ground in Provo two hours before he was shot," tying her to N560TW landing at 10:06 a.m. That thread's own language — "Baron believes Erika Kirk was on this flight," "If Erika was on this flight," "The Theory" — is a theory. This site does not convert it into a fact.
What that post alleges, kept in the poster's mouth:
- N560TW Scottsdale → Provo at 10:06 a.m., occupancy guessed.
- SU-BND's transponder coming on at 10:05 a.m., one minute earlier — treated by the poster as connected.
- A later "decoy" use of N102DZ.
- Scanner confusion between Signature and Duncan as evidence she was already on the ground.
Every one of those steps is an inference. A transponder cycle is not a passenger. A charter landing is not a named occupant. A dispatcher saying "Charlie's wife is coming" is consistent with an afternoon inbound. No court has found Erika Kirk was in Provo before 12:23 p.m. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted; this aircraft strand runs outside that case.
John Cullen, @I_Am_JohnCullen, has separately posted that SU-BTT "departed from Provo the morning of Kirk's killing, around 7:30 am" — hours before the shooting — which is the aircraft-side fact the maintenance reading uses, and which does not require Erika Kirk to have been on the field.
Why the three claims are recorded together
Liz Wheeler's "one overlap" on 10 September depends on Claim A or B — Erika arriving after, jets already down. Claim C, if it were ever documented, would change that one row and only that row. It has not been documented. Publishing Claim C as a finding would be an accusation of presence at a murder scene against a living widow. This page will not do that.
The honest statement is: X does not agree on where she was, her own reported statement is Arizona / after, and the 10:06 occupancy claim remains an unverified allegation by named accounts.
Counterargument
- Aircraft occupancy is the hole in every version. N102DZ and N560TW have public tracks. Names on board do not.
- Duncan Aviation is a maintenance station, not a hiding place. The Lincoln contract dated to 1999 is the ordinary reason Egyptian VIP jets sit at Provo.
- JD Vance, quoted by @EricLDaugh, said he was with Erika Kirk while Charlie Kirk's body was loaded onto Air Force Two on 11 September. That is a named official placing her on the next day's casket flight, which is already on the Casket Flight page. It does not settle 10 September morning.
What we do not know
Who was aboard N560TW at 10:06. Who was aboard N102DZ on each 10 September leg. Whether the scanner audio @ProjectConstitu describes still exists as a primary recording. Which of Claims A, B, and C, if any, survives a passenger manifest.
