The claim that the planes tracked Erika, not Charlie

This page is the 17 November 2025 pivot: the night X posters alleged that the Egyptian-registered jets had been following Erika Kirk, not Charlie Kirk. It is a record of what those accounts posted. It is not a finding that anyone was tracked, and it is not a finding that Erika Kirk did anything wrong. Status: Alive. The parent page is Erika Kirk's flights.

What the amplifiers posted that night​

@itsmorganariel (Morgan Ariel), 17 November 2025, 2,771 likes, video attached:

"The Egyptian military plane was tracking Erika Kirk NOT Charlie Kirk! Between 2022 and September of 2025, both the blue plane and yellow plane showed 68 overlaps with Erika Kirk's location, including trips she took outside of the country. Out of those 68 instances, 29 of them included Charlie."

@ShadowofEzra, 17 November 2025, 10,737 likes, 1.9 million views:

"Candace Owens reveals that the Egyptian planes she believed were tailing Charlie Kirk were actually tracking Erika Kirk instead. Over the past year, the planes followed Erika internationally, with more than 60 instances where their locations overlapped. In total, the Egyptian aircraft coincided with Erika's flights around 70 times in recent years."

@Ryanmatta, 17 November 2025: "A private Egyptian military plane trailed Erika Kirk to over 73 locations all over the world."

Those are seven different numbers in two days — 68, 29-of-68, 60+, around 70, 72, 73, more than 70 — all attributed by the posters to Candace Owens's 17 November 2025 broadcast ("Operation Mocking-Plane"). What the pivot does, and what it does not do​

The posters' own arithmetic is the part that matters. If 29 of 68 also included Charlie, then roughly 39 of 68 did not. The investigation file's companion split is "about 23 with Charlie." 29-of-68 and ~23-of-73 have never been reconciled. Either way, the majority of the count, on the amplifiers' own terms, is an Erika-location count.

That is why Erika Kirk's flights exists. A tally measured against a person whose itinerary has never been published is a tally that cannot be checked. Her logs are reported erased. The sheet that circulated in place of those logs is unpacked on How the spreadsheet placed her.

@undead_is, 19 November 2025, posted a correction that is worth keeping next to the amplifiers: that Owens "was NOT implicating Erika Kirk" and that a listener had brought Erika's alleged overlaps to her. Implication and overlap-counting are different claims. This page records the overlap-counting. It does not convert it into an accusation.

Counterargument​

  • Erika Kirk denied being aboard the Egyptian-registered aircraft and invited a log check. See the invitation.
  • @Liz_Wheeler said that under a same-airport, same-day rule the overlap dwindles to one. See What "overlap" was defined as.
  • @KanekoaTheGreat said 66 percent of the aircraft locations on the original sheet were wrong.
  • A 0.000000001% figure with no model is not a probability. Evan Kilgore repeated Owens's on-air number. No denominator was published.
  • Duncan Aviation's Egyptian Air Force account, dated to 1999, is the maintenance reading. It lives on the Lincoln page and does not require Erika Kirk to have been anywhere.

What we do not know​

The dated list behind 68, 70, 72, or 73 has never been published as a sourced table. The five rows Owens said turned 68 into 73 have no dates. Until that list exists, the pivot is a claim about a count, not a count of flights.
