Everyone Named In The Following-Planes Material
This page names people. It exists because the alternative — describing claims while hiding who made them and who they were made about — is how an investigation becomes unfalsifiable. A reader who cannot see who said a thing cannot weigh it.
The rule applied throughout: the name is published together with the allegation attached to it, and where there is no allegation, this page says so in the same breath. "Allegedly" is used where something is alleged. Where nothing is alleged about a person, the word would be doing the opposite of its job — implying a claim that nobody has made — so instead the entry says plainly that no claim has been made.
Nobody on this page has been convicted of anything connected to this case. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted. Everyone else named here is either the person who made a claim, a public official or public figure in their public role, a professional quoted in a primary document, or a person publicly named by someone else — in which case what is recorded is that they were named, by whom, and what the record actually supports.
1. The people who made the claims
These are named because they published under their own names or under public handles. Attribution is the point: a claim belongs to whoever made it.

2. The people named in the claims
This is the category where naming does damage if it is done carelessly, so each entry states what is actually established.
Waleed E. Mahmoud
Allegedly aboard SU-BTU at Provo in the 27 May – 2 June 2025 window, per a name relayed to Candace Owens by an anonymous tipster.
Owens herself said the name is not a verified identity — "we are dealing with governments… these people just print passports… these are obviously dead ends" — and floated that the person may simply have been the pilot.
A Google Scholar profile for a Waleed E. Mahmoud, Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University, has since circulated alongside the material. There is no evidence connecting that academic to this case. "Waleed Mahmoud" is among the most common name combinations in Egypt. He is named here only to mark the misidentification and ask that it stop circulating. No reader should draw any inference about him.
(Note: the flight record attributes the 27 May – 2 June Provo stay to SU-BTV, not SU-BTU — so even the aircraft in this claim is contested.)
Derek Maxfield, and Shelaine Maxfield
CEO of Komigo, owner of the company that owns N888KG — the Bombardier Challenger 300 that left Provo about an hour after the shooting and dropped off ADS-B.
He was allegedly connected to the shooter's escape by online speculation. He denied it publicly, under his own name, in detail, the next day, and named his wife Shelaine in the opening of that statement. His account: a prescheduled flight to Page, Arizona, two pilots and no passengers outbound; he and seven passengers boarded for the return; radar services terminated by mutual agreement with Denver FAA centre about 10 miles from PGA, standard for a non-towered field.
"Any suggestion that the flights by N888KG yesterday are in any way connected to the tragic shooting of Mr. Kirk is inaccurate, false and without any credible basis of any kind."
His timings and the tracker's differ by roughly nine minutes throughout, which is a time-zone artefact, not a discrepancy — Arizona does not observe daylight saving. He is named because he chose to be named, and his denial is carried in full.
Abbas Kamel · Hassan Mahmoud Rashad · Abdel Fattah el-Sisi
Public officials in their public roles. Kamel is the former head of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service, allegedly the user of T7-EGY; el-Sisi removed him in October 2024 and replaced him with his deputy Rashad. SU-BTU is allegedly el-Sisi's personal aircraft, per an Egyptian Presidency archive of a 3 April 2023 Riyadh arrival.
None of this connects any of them to events in Utah, and no source alleges that it does.
Tyler Robinson
Charged, not convicted. Named in this material only where a source names him — Owens's "Tyler Robinson must have had some powerful friends!", and the third-party dossier's "Official Shooter" label, which is that dossier's wording, not this site's.
Charlie Kirk and Erika Kirk
The subjects of the overlap claim itself. Erika Kirk has disputed the tracking narrative and the dates used for her side on the record, and her flight logs are reported as erased — which is why 78% of the 73-count rests on an itinerary nobody has published.
3. Professionals quoted in primary documents
Named because a primary document names them in their professional capacity. No allegation attaches to any of them.

4. The third-party "Investigation Dossier"
A screenshot dated 2 November 2025 shows a third-party investigative interface — an "INVESTIGATION DOSSIER" and "PEOPLE DATABASE" — listing individuals connected to Turning Point USA with roles, status labels and numbered priority tags.
The labels are that tool's, not this site's, and two of them are loaded. "Official Shooter" and "Person of Interest" are the tool's wording; this site does not adopt either. "Missing" appears to mean missing from the record — i.e. the tool could not resolve the person — rather than a missing-person report, and no source alleges that anyone on this list has disappeared.

Four of these names — Doug De Groote, Tom Sodeiki, David Engell and Gary Rabine — appear nowhere else on this site and are recorded here for the first time. They are listed in the dossier in ordinary organisational roles, which is public information about a public organisation. No allegation is made against any of them by any source, and none is made here.
Four are recorded with first names only because the source gives only first names. No surname is inferred for any of them.
5. The Provo Airport badge roster — organisations published, individual names withheld
The circulating screenshot is page 4 of 4 of the Provo Airport badge-holder roster, exported 11 September 2025. Reconstructed from the image, the visible page holds 37 badge holders across ten organisations:

Every row carries the same date, 9/30/2025, which appears to be a uniform expiry or review date rather than an event date. Two rows carry an "x" flag — one against a Signature Flight holder and one against a UVU holder. What the flag means is not stated anywhere in the document.
The individual names on this roster are not published here, and that is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight.
The reason is specific: these 37 people are flight instructors, firefighters, electricians, FBO ramp staff, security guards, university students and construction workers, and not one of them has been accused of anything by anyone — not by Candace Owens, not by any poster, not by any investigator, not by law enforcement. They appear in the source material solely as rows on an employment access list. There is no allegation to attach the word "allegedly" to, and printing thirty-seven private names under a heading about a foreign intelligence aircraft would manufacture the suspicion rather than report it.
Everything about this document that bears on the investigation is above: which organisations held ramp access at Provo, how many people each had, the flag column, and the export date. The organisational roster is the investigative content. The individual names are not.
If a specific badge holder is ever publicly named in connection with a specific allegation by a source that can be cited, that name belongs on this site with the allegation attached, and this page will carry it. Until then it does not.
What naming does and does not establish
- Being named on this page is not an accusation. Most entries here are people who made claims, people who argued against them, professionals quoted in press releases, and photographers.
- The claim-makers are named so their claims can be weighed and, where wrong, corrected. Two on this page — Rosenwald's five-pass log and Kanekoa's audit — corrected errors on this site.
- The subjects are named with what is actually established, including when that is nothing.
- No public record establishes who tasked any aircraft, in either direction, and nobody on this page is asserted to have done so.
