What the compilers counted as an "overlap"

This page is the definition fight. The 73 is only as strong as the rule that produced it. Liz Wheeler (@Liz_Wheeler) published that rule in December 2025. This page quotes her, quotes the amplifiers who had used a tighter-sounding word, and keeps the counter-count next to the count. It is not a finding that Erika Kirk was or was not followed. The word people heard, and the rule the sheet used​

Amplifiers on 17–18 November 2025 used verbs like followed, tracking, trailed, coincided with Erika's flights. @JustTheTweets17 wrote "72 times those exact planes followed Erika Kirk." @BasedSamParker wrote "73 of the flights … coincide with Erika Kirk travel locations." Readers who heard "followed" heard same airport, same day.

@Liz_Wheeler, 15 December 2025:

"Were Egyptian planes following Erika Kirk? It's been alleged that 65-75 times, these Egyptian planes' travel overlapped with Erika's travel. 'Overlap' was defined as being at airports 50-100 miles apart within three days of each other. Do you know how many times they were at the same airport on the same day? One time."

@Liz_Wheeler, 16 December 2025, video attached, same reduction: "One time. Once in three years."

@Liz_Wheeler, 17 December 2025, the long version:

"The spreadsheets define 'overlap' as the Egyptian planes landing within +-3 days of Erika and within the same 'region' which they define as within 50-100 miles. So, not the same day at the same airport. Not even close. … Theoretically that could mean Erika landed on location A on Monday, left Tuesday, the Egyptian plane didn't land til Wednesday and in a completely different state 100 miles away… but that was counted as overlap?! … When you narrow the parameters to Egyptian planes landing on the same day in the same location, the overlap dwindles to… one. On 9/10 in Utah. Where Erika arrived after Charlie's murder and the Egyptian planes were already on the ground."

@paramounttactcl (Gary Melton), 16 December 2025, restated her as "±3 DAYS and ±150 MILES" — a looser mile figure than Wheeler's 50–100. Even the critique of the window does not agree on the radius. This site does not pick 100 or 150. It records that both numbers were posted.

The second cut: the aircraft was often not there at all​

A wide window only matters if the jet was in the window. @KanekoaTheGreat, 17 December 2025, said 66 percent of the Egyptian planes' locations on the original sheet were wrong, and that Owens "has never provided verifiable evidence of where Erika actually was." @EYakoby (Eyal Yakoby), 23 December 2025: "60% of the flight logs she cited weren't just inaccurate—they placed planes on the literal wrong continent."

What survives the tighter rule​

Wheeler's same-day, same-airport remainder is one date: 10 September 2025, Utah, and on her account Erika arrived after, with the jets already down. That remainder is itself contested on Sept 10 whereabouts. This directory's own reconstruction finds six dates that survive a same-day-or-adjacent test at a shared field, of which three are Charlie Kirk, two are a Turning Point event with neither Kirk, and the sixth is the Wilmington 10 September Erika cell that fails the presence rule. The wide 73 and the narrow six are different claims. Debunking the window is not the same as dissolving the September Provo presence of SU-BTT.

Counterargument​

  • Wheeler is reading the sheet's own rule, not inventing a straw man. The Overlap Window column on the extract reads "±3 days."
  • Owens later described the Erika Location column as having been misread, per Kanekoa's 17 December quote of her. If the column was the plane's landing region, the 73 was never an Erika-location count in the way the 17 November posts sold it.

What we do not know​

Whether the compilers will publish a same-airport, same-day table. Whether Owens's promised "interactive timeline" of broader TPUSA Faith events — which Kanekoa says she shifted to — was ever released. Whether Wheeler and Kanekoa were working from the same export of the same sheet.
