Wichita (KICT) — November 2022 to August 2025

Kansas is one of the five states in the geographic clustering that researchers offer as evidence of the shadowing pattern, and Wichita is the Kansas city that appears. Researchers have counted "no fewer than 8 stops" here by SU-BTT alone.

Wichita is also the "Air Capital of the World," and it is home to an FAA Part 145 repair station that services Dassault Falcon aircraft. That is not a coincidence being explained away; it is the reason a Falcon operator goes to Wichita. This page sets out the arrivals, the pairings, and what happened when the claimed dates were checked.

How unusual is a foreign government jet here

Not unusual for this aircraft type, and that is the whole argument. Wichita is where business jets go. Textron Aviation (Cessna, Beechcraft), Spirit AeroSystems, Learjet's historic home, and a dense cluster of Part 145 repair stations are all here — the city's nickname is not marketing. For an operator of three Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft, Wichita is one of a small number of North American cities where the airframe can be worked on by a factory-authorised facility.

A Falcon 7X at Wichita is like a BMW at a BMW dealership. Repeated visits are what a service relationship produces.

The Kirk / TPUSA side

Two pairings are offered, and they are the two best Kansas pairings that exist.

The 3 April 2024 pairing, weighed

This is the strongest Kansas pairing in the record and it is genuinely interesting, but it points the wrong way. Charlie Kirk was at the University of Kansas in Lawrence on 3 April 2024. SU-BTT was at Wichita — and left that morning at 8:43 am, heading for Wilmington and then Cairo.

So on the one day Charlie Kirk was documented in Kansas, the aircraft departed. If the pattern is surveillance, an aircraft leaving the state on the morning of the target's appearance is an odd way to conduct it. The aircraft had by then been on the ground at Wichita for five days — arriving 29 March, well before Kirk's Kansas appearance was relevant.

The audit marks the arrival leg (index 23) accurate and the departure leg (index 24) "accurate-ish, but the plane sat in Wilmington for 2 days."

The 23 April 2023 pairing, weighed

A TPUSA Faith event in Topeka, three days after the aircraft left Wichita — 135 miles apart. This is precisely the kind of row a ±3-day window and state-level location matching produces, and it is the archetype of what Liz Wheeler means when she says the criteria are loose.

The audit does mark the underlying flights accurate (index 12: "Accurate 4/14-4/14"; index 13: "Accurate second leg of Ref 12"). The flights happened. The pairing is the weak part, not the flight data.

The "8 stops in Wichita" figure, examined

The claim of "no fewer than 8 stops" by SU-BTT at Wichita is one of the more concrete numbers in the shadowing material. Set against the audit, it comes apart in a specific and instructive way.

Confirmed Wichita visits by SU-BTT in the flight record: three — November 2022, April 2023, March–April 2024.

Claimed Wichita entries the audit found the aircraft was in Egypt for: nine — indices 22, 31, 32, 33, 34, 45, 51, 54, 59, 61, 63 (with 61 duplicating 31 and 63 duplicating 33).

So the number is real in the sense that the sheet has that many Wichita rows. They just do not correspond to flights. And the arithmetic is worse than it first appears, because two of the Wichita rows are literal duplicates of two other Wichita rows — the same claimed event entered twice under different index numbers, and counted twice.

Wichita is the single clearest illustration of why the tallies inflate. It is a city this operator genuinely and repeatedly visits, for a reason that has nothing to do with anyone in this case, and the sheet has taken that real relationship and multiplied it.

The counterargument

  • Yingling Aviation on this field is an FAA Part 145 repair station that services Dassault Falcon aircraft, with Dassault–Wichita State University ties dating to 2015. An operator of three Falcon 7Xs visiting a factory-authorised Falcon shop is the ordinary explanation, and it is the one this page treats as the leading reading.
  • Wichita is the Air Capital of the World. Textron Aviation, Spirit AeroSystems, and a dense cluster of Part 145 shops. Business jets are what the city does.
  • The stays are four to six days — the same fixed dwell this fleet produces at Lincoln and Provo, regardless of destination.
  • The best pairing runs backwards. On the day Charlie Kirk appeared at the University of Kansas, the aircraft left the state.
  • Two-thirds of the claimed Wichita overlaps do not correspond to flights, and two of them are duplicates.
  • The visits continue after the assassination — SU-BTV flew the Wichita rotation 30 July–3 August 2025, and the fleet's Lincoln rotations continued into October.

And the counter to it

One point in the other direction, kept because it is real: the Wichita visits are shorter than the Lincoln ones — two to six days here against a consistent five to six at Lincoln. Short visits fit line maintenance, parts, or an AOG (aircraft-on-ground) fix rather than a heavy check. That is still maintenance, but it is a different cadence, and nobody in this investigation has asked a Falcon maintenance engineer whether three-to-six Wichita visits per airframe over three years is a normal service interval or an unusual one. It is an answerable question and it has not been asked.

What we do not know

  1. Whether Yingling Aviation, or any other Wichita facility, actually worked on these aircraft. No work order, invoice or shop record has been produced. Yingling has not commented.
  2. No manifests for any Wichita arrival.
  3. Whether Charlie or Erika Kirk was ever in Wichita during any of the confirmed stays. No source claims either was. The two Kansas pairings offered are Lawrence and Topeka, both more than 130 miles away.
  4. The "8 stops" figure's underlying date list has never been published in full by its author, which is why it had to be reconstructed here from the audit's row numbers.
  5. The Kirk-side event dates are uncited, coming from a researcher timeline circulated on X.
